Olympus Cosmetic Acquires Gallaher Plastic Surgery

Roll-up consolidation continues as Olympus absorbs an established multi-location aesthetic practice.

Olympus Cosmetic Group has acquired Gallaher Plastic Surgery & Med Spa, marking another roll-up in the fragmented aesthetic-practice consolidation wave. The deal was facilitated by M&A Healthcare Advisors, a boutique firm specializing in aesthetic-practice transactions.

Gallaher operated multiple locations and held established patient relationships and revenue streams—the typical acquisition target for PE-backed roll-ups seeking to build scale and operational leverage. Olympus, like other consolidators, uses these acquisitions to centralize supply-chain purchasing (toxin, filler, device rebates), standardize clinical protocols, and cross-sell services across a larger patient base.

Roll-up consolidation continues as Olympus absorbs an established multi-location aesthetic practice.

The transaction underscores persistent appetite for practice acquisition despite regulatory headwinds around the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine, which has forced restructuring of MSO models in several states. Buyers remain focused on practices with strong clinical reputations and stable revenue—less on speculative growth.
