Corrections
When Inside MedSpa gets something wrong, we fix it and say so. This page explains how, and lists the corrections we've made.
How to report an error
Email contact@quillandharbor.com or use our contact page. Tell us which article, what's wrong and, if you can, the document that shows it. We read every report.
What we do
- Factual errors (a wrong date, figure, name, status or requirement) are fixed in the article, with a dated correction note at the end saying what changed.
- Errors that could mislead a decision, such as a product's regulatory status, a fee or a legal requirement, get the correction note at the top of the article instead.
- Articles we can't stand behind are taken down rather than left up with a caveat, and listed below.
- Typos, broken links and wording that doesn't change the meaning are fixed without a note.
Our archive
We are reviewing Inside MedSpa’s archive against primary sources. Many earlier articles were drafted from news reports rather than the underlying documents. Those that can’t be verified are being corrected, consolidated or removed, and significant corrections from that review will be listed below.
