How to control what Inside MedSpa and Google do with your information. None of this needs an account.

Your consent settings will appear here once our consent message is live. Until then, for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our pages tell Google's tags not to use analytics or advertising cookies.
Opt out of personalized ads ("sale" or "sharing")
Inside MedSpa shows ads from Google AdSense. When those ads are personalized, U.S. state privacy laws may treat that as a sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Any of these will opt you out:
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, our pages tell Google not to personalize ads or use your data for advertising in that browser. We treat it as a valid opt-out request.
- Google's own controls. Turn off ad personalization in Google Ads Settings. Google explains how it uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Industry opt-outs. aboutads.info in the U.S., or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe.
- Ask us. Email contact@quillandharbor.com with the subject "Do not sell or share". Advertising cookies are tied to your browser, not your email address, so the browser options above work best, but we'll apply your request to anything we hold that's linked to you and confirm within 15 business days.
Opting out doesn't remove ads; it stops them being personalized to you. Browser-based opt-outs apply only to the browser and device where you set them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Emails and notifications
- Emails: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
- Browser notifications: turn them off for insidemedspa.com in your browser's site settings.
