If 'can you do anything about these little veins?' is a question you currently answer with a referral, a device like this is worth a look. Vascular work is a sticky add-on: visible, quick, and often cash-pay. It also complements IPL and laser, which handle diffuse redness but struggle with discrete linear vessels.
Two cautions. Vessel work is operator-dependent and carries marking and pigment risks if overdone, and the scope-of-practice rules for who may perform it vary by state. Confirm both before you advertise it.
